Our Services
Consultation
Consultation can be helpful when you want to have a conversation about yourself or your child to gather your thoughts and talk through potential next steps. It can also be helpful as a clinician or allied health professional to think through specific cases or to deepen understanding around topics of development and neurodiversity.
Testing
Comprehensive evaluations are designed to answer your unique questions about yourself or your child. They include measures of intellectual, academic, neuropsychological, and psychological functioning, and can be tailored in response to specific questions or needs.
Professional Development
Understanding Minds is available to lead professional trainings and workshops on a range of topics at the intersection of learning, mental health, and development. Dr. Backe’s sessions are designed to enhance participants’ existing levels of understanding, promote practical strategies, and foster professional growth.
